The rapid expansion of domestic auto production,Foreign auto business have also entered the Chinese market. Facing unprecedented opportunities for development at the same time, China's cars'industry also have to face the fierce market competition. In particular, China's accession to WTO,China's auto industry is faced with strong foreign competition in the automobile industry. China's car manufacturers to know how to control their scale of operation,lower parts costs and management costs, improve the quality of service and promote China's automobile industry quality management and quality assurance level.But, China auto industry in management, manufacturing capabilities, quality and price and the international auto market have had a noticeable gap, to which shorten product life cycles, customer demand for increasingly personalized, quality, characterized by increasingly high demand for the new market situation challenges. At the same time,as safer consumer goods, the quality problem of car's has attracted consumers, government and automobile manufacturers to pay high attention. Therefore, the process of plant products for quality control study, the introduction of quality control APQP methods, not only for the plant to solve the practical problems, but also as an example of this method as a factory to promote.In this paper, an analysis of the first part of the first domestic enterprise in the production process the majority of the problems existing in the quality control on the importance of the enterprise, and then put forward the idea of using the APQP process to control product quality. And then introduced the origin of APQP, QS9000 quality certification system is in the way of a quality control. And QS9000 also includes quality control of the other four methods: FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP. Then this article introduces the application of another principle - IDEF modeling reasons.The second part introduces the APQP and other methods of quality control theory. APQP is used to determine and develop a product to ensure customer satisfaction so that the necessary steps to promote and everyone involved in the link, and strive to achieve the purpose of customer satisfaction. FMEA focuses on the implementation of PFMEA working principle and the significance of failure mode to determine the risk level of RPN, and detailed description of the RPN and the part of the composition of meaning. As well as how to form PFMEA documents. IDEF is a family structure modeling approach, this chapter was mainly concerned with methods of IDEF family IDEF0 modeling method and IDEF3 two. IDEF0 is a modeling system, IDEF3 process of system modeling. As a result of the function of the system and process modeling are described in the characteristics of system behavior, so in practical applications IDEF0 and IDEF3 often complement each other and helping each other, the common behavior of the system modeling.the fourth part tells that study the actual situation based on the Y factory. an analysis of existing and is in urgent need to solve the problem, and then under the product development process, according to APQP product development process of thinking of the design of the control of a pre-planned product quality control procedures . Then, according to APQP product development process was divided into five phases, in accordance with the control procedures designed a product development process of the functional classification map, as function of IDEF modeling as a foundation. Functional classification based on the use of IDEF modeling functionality to all parts of this modeling, an important stage of the process modeling since the aim is to make the product development process from the macro to the micro-described more specifically. Therefore, the pace of work with the development of the times will never stop.
