Use the modularization designing scheme to develop the measuring & controlling system.High-speed tire testing machine monitoring and control system is provided by the PCI7483 data acquisition card, sensors, peripheral circuits, electro-hydraulic proportional amplifier, hydraulic directional valve and hydraulic relief valve and so on The experimental system test a number of parameters in the process of testing to tire ,and enter collecting data into the computer to preserve and carry out data processing And then through the PCI7483 data acquisition card output control signals, in order to achieve the closed-loop control of test-bed for loading in the process of power, speed, displacement of. The article discusses the hardware system of monitoring and control system design in detail ,hydraulic, and make a detailed discussion of speed, displacement measurement and control unit of the selection ,installation of sensors and wiring circuit of data acquisition unit And then the software design is analyzed technology of software is discussed. Finally the design of the software and the software interface is accomplished by use of Visual Basic 6.0 and the pivotal function modular.The measurement and control system can detect the parameters are:hydraulic cylinder displacement trip, convertible line speed, angle-speed cornering movement, hydraulic cylinder pressure load. The system detects the type of multi-parameters and high precision, real-time good, and for hydraulic load measurement system requirements vibration small, smooth and reliable operating characteristics, designed to improve the incremental PID control algorithm, and then through the theoretical analysis and SIMULINK simulation of the experiment and optimizing the control parameters to achieve the power, speed, displacement of the closed-loop feedback control. The monitoring and control system performance and stability, user-friendly and has a good adaptability, tire testing machine to improve the level of monitoring and control of great significance.
