Staged fracturing technique in horizontal well is an important means of development and increasing production of unconventional oil and gas resources; the technical content of the staged fracturing technology is high, and the down-hole tools being used are many kinds and large quantity with high technical risk; therefore this kind of tools should be strictly tested before being used in a well.This study is focused on the design of measurement and control system of dynamic simulation test device for the fracturing tools. The measurement and control system is designed by combining DCS with Field-bus, which is made up of the electric control cabinet, console, sensor, acquisition and processing unit, control computer and control software. The system mainly completes the field dynamic simulation test, static test, testing experiment of components and parts, the real parameter detection and control function of pump house and driller house, and controls electricity supplied, starting and stopping of all test equipment, and accurately controls temperature test, the test pressure to meet the test requirements. Test parameters are transmitted to control room of the first layer and monitoring room of the second layer through a data bus, and the functions of data storage, real-time dynamic curve display, historical data query, alarm and other functions are carried out. The specific test operation is carried out in the control room of the first layer, and the functions of close-cycle control and the emergency out-off are carried through. The related data display and storage is in progress in monitoring room of the second layer. Because the device simulates condition of field fracturing construction, fluid carrying sand of high pressure and high velocity is needed to be detected. The pressure, flow rate and proppant concentration and other related parameters in the process of test are realized.
