This paper analyses the present state of development of CNC Machine Tool Industry and CNC technology training equipments. It shows that it is very urgent to train higher practical personnel of CNC technology, and analyzes the problems that limit the CNC advanced training. Mitsubishi CNC system training platform is a necessary and important equipment to training of program and operation, study of system debug and servo adjustment, and researching of static and dynamic characteristics of machine . Based on the system debug and servo adjustment of the CNC system training platform, the fundamental research on CNC system is finished according to the CNC training in the NCUT-Mitsubishi CNC training center in the future.The method of parameter setting of Mitsubishi CNC system is deeply studied and analyzed. Based on the characteristic of the Mitsubishi servo driver, the testing and analysis system of Mitsubishi servo adjustment is developed. A new servo parameters adjusting method of Mitsubishi CNC system is studied and the graphic interactive function is added in the traditional servo adjusting procedure, which is a beneficial feedback and supplement. The servo debugging process and experiments results show that this method is much more efficiency and precision than the traditional methods.After analyzing the error source and compensation method, integrated error compensation technology of machine controlled by the Mitsubishi CNC system is studied. Location error of axis of the XH7132 vertical machining center has been measured by laser interferometer. The error parameters have been set so that the positioning precision of the CNC machine has been enhanced effectively.The requirements for speed and precision of modern CNC machine become higher and higher. The load inertia calculation becomes more and more important during machine structure design, motor selection, and servo adjustment. Based on the study of various feeding transmission system of CNC machine and the research of formula of inertia, the software, named NCUT Servo Design System, is developed. It is applied to be the software tool-package of system design. This software which has calculation and servo selecting function provides convenience for the future design and research.
