The Evaluation Research Related To CP In Industry And Enterprise

Currently,ecological environment in China is getting worse and worse,and the reason mainly dues to the high consumption-high pollution economic growth pattern. Being as the "pollution source control" model and creative idea,Cleaner Production (CP) is widely employed.Industrial Park(IP),with large numbers of enterprises, manufactured lots of products and strengthened social development,however,it resulted extremely lots of pollution.As a result,evaluation on IP and its companies is of great significance.It's also a vital method to carry out the project of energy saving and emission decreasing.The present study discussed the concept,content and enforcement of CP in domestic and international level.Based on the foundation,the significance of CP in industry and enterprise of IP was put forward.Based on energy,water resource and material consumption,the evaluation indicators of CP in IP were formed out,using the 2007 CPSC(China Pollution Source Census) data after studying the normal evaluation indicators of CP in domestic and international level.Twenty industries were carried out,twelve of which were lay more emphasis.The evaluation content included:the status of material production as well as green gap and ecological realization degree based on the energy consumption and water resource consumption. The conclusions are as follows:the order of material productivity status of four sectors,textile industry,chemical material and products industry,metal products industry,plastic products industry;the green gap data of non-metallic mineral products industry is high in energy consumption and water resource consumption, ecological realization degree data of transportation equipment manufacturing and electric machinery and equipment manufacturing industries are the best.Besides this, the article simply calculated and analyzed CP status of the other eight industries in the IP.Four companies in mechanical textile industry and six in mechanical product were evaluated quantitatively using the cleaner degree method,and the results were given. Then,the further measure to carry out CP was studied.The paper pointed out the existing drawback and framework of CP policy mechanism.Then stated the advantages of the CP in the zone area.Four industries were as examples to discuss the key point of CP and then introduced the technologies and instruments of water and energy recycle utilization.The two points of innovation in this paper are:the definition of green gap and ecological realization degree in industry are put forward based on its traditional concept,indicators of energy and water resource consumption per people are put forward based on per ten thousand industrial output.Besides,its green gap and ecological realization degree are calculated respectively and the comparison in several industries on material consumption per people and material productivity are made.
