With the rapid economic development,flame retardant properties of textile products have become increasingly demanding.Flame retardant properties of the current testing methods are directed at the basic fabric design,which requires that the sample must be experienced by the transformation process of the yarn to the fabric, making the judgments of the performance of flame retardant textiles a longer period of time,and this paper is the flame retardant properties of yarn on the test study on the basis of flame retardant fabric and yarn to explore the relevance of performance,expect to pass the test The flame retardant properties of yarn to estimate the performance of flame retardant fabrics to quickly and efficiently judge the performance of flame retardant textiles.The work research is presented in the following points:(1)Study the properties of flame retardant yarn testing,design and improvement of testing devices,test analysis of the relevant parameters.(2)The use of the tilt combustion polysulfonamide,modacrylic flame retardant,flame retardant polyester yarn for a single factor and orthogonal design to analyze the samples of yarn,yarn fineness, gripping yarn on the width of the flame retardant properties. (3)We used polysulfonamide,modacrylic flame retardant, polyester flame retardant yarn and woven fabrics of different specifications to test their flame retardant properties,yarn and fabric used to compare the relevance of flame retardant properties,and design based on image processing technology to solve damage to the fabric of the area of numerical methods.(4)Analysis the correlation between yarns and fabrics flame retardant properties according to the square weights of them,then the results presents the relationship between yarns and fabrics flame retardant properties.During the test conditions,the paper obtained the following conclusions:(1)Compared to the vertical combustion,combustion tilt is suitable for testing flame retardant properties of the yarn.On this basis, Y815E-tilt method for flame retardant fabric performance test designed a new folder yarn samples to determine the time of light is 6s,flame height is 45mm±2mm.(2)Yarn samples,gripping width,yarn fineness of yarn polysulfonamide flame retardant properties have a certain influence in order to clamp the width of the impact of the most significant.In the same clip width,different fineness of polysulfonamide yarn per unit area in the same weight when the difference is not flame retardant properties.Modacrylic flame retardant and flame retardant polyester yarns are similar.(3)Density of flame retardant fabrics have a significant impact on performance,flame retardant properties of the fabric as the latitude to increase the density of getting better and better;the organizational structure of the flame retardant fabric does not significantly affect the performance. (4)Yarn and fabric between the flame retardant properties related to each other.Damage to the same length,yarn and fabric of the square into a multiple of the relationship between weight;length of the damaged area and damaged some of the polynomial relations.Research found that:the flame retardant properties of yarn and fabric of flame retardant properties of some relevance,the use of flame retardant properties of yarn to estimate the corresponding flame retardant properties of the fabric is feasible,as a new idea and method for testing flame retardant properties to supply practical value for its development.
