With the rapid development of economy and advancement of urban modernization,the relationship between home textiles and consumers is becoming closer and closer since more home textiles are used as decorations in our life.According to the investigation of fires in America,the United Kingdom and Japan,the fires caused by textiles account for more than 50%of the total number of fires,and the main factors are bedding and interior decoration textiles.Therefore,it is urgent to conduct researches on flame retardant home textiles.Currently,most of the flame retardant home textiles on the market are obtained through the process of finishing.However,this kind of textiles suffer in terms of being resistant to washing by fire retardancy,poor air permeability and moisture permeability,which restrict the application area of flame retardant textiles.It is of great significance to develop permanent flame retardant properties of home textiles.In order to study self-retardant home textiles,increase the added value of the products and obtain flame retardant fabric with the best flame retardant effect,First of all polysulfonamide/fire-retardant viscose fiber blended yarn,flame retardantviscose/ordinary viscose fiber blended yarn and flame retardant viscose/flame retardant polyester fiber blended yarn were produced with different blending ratio and fineness,using the flame-retardant viscose and polysulfonamide,ordinary viscose,flame retardant polyester fiber as raw materials,under the permitted conditions.Then,properties of breaking strength,elongation at break,hairiness,evenness and combustibility of blended yarns were tested and analyzed.Meanwhile,the comprehcensive properties of yarns were analyzed by weighted Borda method.The results show that the comprchensive performance of polysulfonamide/flame retardant viscose 60/40(30tex)blended yarn is the best,polysulfonamide/flame retardant viscose 60/40(25tex)blended yarn follows,and flame retardant viscosc/flame retardant polyester fiber 50/50(30tex)blended yarn is the worst.In addition,blended yarns with the same fineness and the same blending ratio are twisted and plied,and then tested on the digital sample loom(woven).The flame retardancy of blended fabric was tested,properties of polysulfonamide/flame-retardant viscose blended fabric were studied according to the result.At last,the influence of blending ratio,yarn fineness,fabric density and structure on the flame retardancy,moisture permeability,permeability and breaking strength of blended fabric were discussed through the orthogonal test.The results show that the blending ratio is the main factor affecting the polysulfonamide/fire-retardant viscose blended fabric damage length and breaking strength.If the content of polysulfonamide increases,the damage length of polysulfonamide/fire-retardant viscose blended fabric decreases and the breaking strength increases.Warp density is the main factor affecting its air permeability.The greater of the warp density,the air permeability of the polysulfonamide/fire-retardant viscose blended fabric reduces.The organizational structure is the main factor affecting its moisture permeability.3/1 right twill has the best moisture permeability among plain weave,2/1 right twill and 3/1 right twill.To evaluate the comprehensive performance of fabric by faintness synthesis evaluation method,No.2 fabric is chosen as the optimal in nine polysulfonamide/flame retardant viscose blend fabrics,which blend ratio of polysulfonamide/flame retardant viscose is 60/40,the fineness of the yarn is 25×2 tex,the warp density is 300/10 cm,the structure is 3/1 right twill. |
