The research about toughening modification of structural adhesive is developing rapidly in recent years. There are more and more researchers focus on this field. However, the adhesive effect of homemade structural adhesive on some special reinforced concrete structure is not very well. This paper does some deeply researches on modifying epoxy resin basing on materials process engineering, and develops a kind of epoxy resin structure adhesive which can improve both toughness and intensity. The paper makes E-epoxy resin as the research object, achieves its modification based on the curing agent and the filler. The main work is as follows:(1) The production and application of structural adhesive are analyzed based on materials process engineering, and the unit-process and halt point that the basic elements of materials process engineering are focused. The integrative design of architecture-structural adhesive is exemplified, and the performance of the adhesive in the field of material process engineering is testified by experimental method.(2)Combine the parameters of toughening with strength parameters of epoxy resin structural adhesive to improve both of them, and make a kind of adhesive which can be better prepared to satisfy the workability in the adhesive process.(3) The toughening mechanism of research results home and abroad is summarized. Combined with characters of fiberglass, the dissertation seeks for the toughening mechanism of the structural adhesive adding fiberglass. And its curing mechanism is expatiated. The reinforce effect of the carbon fiber on the beam components is obvious, which makes the stress distribution more evenly and changes the destroy forms of the beam.
