Study Of The Structure And Properties On The Regenerated Jute Fibers

The inner structure of the regenerated jute fiber is analyze by using modern testing methods,such as electronic microscope,X-ray diffraction and infrared spectrum. From the study,we find that as a new-style regenerated cellulose fiber,it basic structural parameters are similar to the ordinary viscose fiber,but there are different performances between them because of different making-craft and raw materials,such as higher crystal rate of regenerated jute fiber with 43.09%.We research and analyze performances of regenerated jute fiber,such as physical property,moisture absorption property and antibacterial property.We know the fiber with good physical property and high strength.It's a high strength fiber.Its moisture absorption rate is high.The fiber is a moisture absorption and drip-dry fiber.The fiber is not antibacterial to golden staphylococcus.The dyeing property of regenerated jute fiber is researched.Regenerated jute fiber is dyed with reactive dyes by orthogonal experiments to find the optimized conditions. The results show that both the dyeing uptake with 90%and fixation yield with 80% can fill the demands of manufacture.The washing color fastness is great relatively and the decline of the tensile strength of fiber is small.Dyeing dynamics and thermodynamics of Direct Red 4BS on regenerated jute fiber are studied.We get the datum about dynamics datum such as diffusion coefficient,half-dyeing time,constant of dyeing rate and thermodynamics datum such as affinity of dyeing,heat of dyeing with 74.61 kJ/mol,entropy of dyeing with 143.15J/K·mol and so on,and compares with viscose fiber.The results show that the diffusion coefficient of regenerated jute fiber is higher than that of viscose fiber relatively with higher affinity of dyeing,heat of dyeing,entropy of dyeing.It is according to the fact.
