| The paper studied the fundamental characteristics of soy-milk protein PVA fiber and blended yarn.Firstly, the basic properties of soy-milk protein PVA fiber are tested, including the inner structure, mechanics, hygroscopicity, heat endurance and bleaching and dyeing property. Then soy-milk protein PVA fiber /cotton blended yarn and different ingredients of blended fabric are produced. The basic properties of the yarn are tested, including mechanical properties of the yarn, yarn evenness and hairiness.Secondly, in theoretical analysis, the paper based on the professional knowledge, using the correlated models and software to analysis the experimental dates. The paper got the fiber mechanical model, the fiber hygroscopicity model.In this paper, using software and mathematical tools for analyzing the experimental date is innovative. The paper could guide the production practice. |
