| In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,many new and expanded steel plants are built up.Because the domestic demand for pipe,oil storage tanks,oil exploitation platform with special characters such as high-strength, high pressure,weatherproof,corrosion-resistant,anti-crack etc.can not be met,many big steel companies have big passion to invest heavy plate mill.The rolling-cut double side trimmer as important equipment on the cutting line of heavy plate mill is also widely used on the rolling line of various heavy plate mills.This is due to the advantages of high efficiency but low-cost when the technology of side trimmer is used what results in the trimness of both cutting edges.This technology is popular in application in western advanced countries.It has also been widely used in the new heavy plate mills in our country.However,the latest technology of double side trimmer is monopolized by German company SMS-D.So through the study of the fault reason in production process to analyze the structure of operation and theory,and then seek an appropriate improvement and optimized measures to design our own advanced rolling-cut double side trimmer,it will play a very important role in the development of our national steel enterprise and optimization of the equipment,even more in breaking up the foreign monopoly.Therefore to select a equipment fault diagnosis scheme which has better technical and economical effect by applying correct fault diagnosis technology,to study the reason of fault,to find out an appropriate improvement method,it has become a outstanding research task to bring out the advantage of rolling-cut double side trimmer. Regarding this question,the author referred to a lot of documents,combined many years experience in equipment maintenance with own professional knowledge of fault diagnosis technology to further study and discuss the typical faults happening in rolling-cut double side trimmer in several steel plants.Firstly,the thesis explains the basic theory,criteria and diagnosis method of fault diagnosis,and analyzes the basic requirements of fault diagnosis in theory.Then,the thesis studies and discusses several typical cases,and deeply analyzes the formation reason and countermeasure.The result of the study will play a significant role in improving the efficiency,lowing fault rate and reducing the non-normal stop time for the rolling-cut double side trimmer. |
