With the development of industry, corporation and consumer put a more and more precise demand on the quality of thick plate shear fracture.To cutting out good quality sheet, we successively imported in many double side trimmmers to improve the quality of thick plate shear fracture including arc swing,one scroll three eccentric,two scroll two eccentric,three scroll three eccentric etc.Among them, the shear quality of three scroll three eccentric double side rolling trimmer is best,but there still exist some defects like shear burr,burr be pressed in,edge staggered,link trace and so on. This paper main studies on the impact of knife gap and run slanting to shear quality.In this paper, first introduce the equipment situation and shearing technics,start with the rolling cut principle ,and adopt ADAMS to simulate the move process of double side rolling trimmer to receive the motion characteristic.The next establish mechanics model of knife and steel plate and pinch roll during shear and delivery process, ascertain theoretical shear force when stably rolling cutting,and give out the condition of realizing delivery.Then use finite element analysis software DEFORM to simulate shearing process,receive stress and strain distribution. Use software MATLAB to fit regress data that scene tracking tests to reach optimized experience formula of knife gap.Finally simulate delivering process, analyse the cause of run slanting,and give out its control measures.
