Basic aluminum sulfate desulfurization of wet flue gas technology accords with China's sustainable development of economic policies, it can achieve cycle development of the economy and it has application prospects. In this paper,we do experimental study by using basic aluminum sulfate serosity as desulfurization fluid and using pilotscale jet bubbling tank as desulfurization device.The paper reviews the pollution and control for SO2 in flue gas coming from coal combustion in our country, and reviews the status quo,existing problems and the development trends of desulfurization technology research and application at home and abroad. The basic aluminum sulfate of wet flue gas desulfurization mechanism is analyzed by introducing the characteristic of dynamics and the mechanism of gas and liquid mass transfer of jet bubbling tank. Preparation and regeneration of basic aluminum sulfate serosity are studied, from which the alkalinity of the solution and the chemical method of related ions are explored.A transparent and visual jet bubbling tank of wet FGD system whose parameters can be changed, such as the inside diameter of the sparger pipe,the export structure of the jet bubbling tank,immerged depth wind speed is designed and built. The resistance characteristics of the jet bubbling tank are studied in different conditions by using air-clean water or basic aluminum sulfate serous as experimental circumstance. The desulphurization characteristics of the jet bubbling tank is studied at different conditions by using desulfurization jet bubbling tank.The curve of resistance characteristic and desulfurization characteristic are drawn at different conditions through researching the trial process and analysing the experimental dates;Through studying the resistance of jet bubbling tank using the knowledge of fluid dynamics and air pump,the empirical formula for calculating the resistance is obtained;The blue print of the Optimizing Parameters of desulfurization which has the reference value for engineering applications is elicited, through analysing the relationship between the desulfurization efficiency and the content of auminum,alkalinity,the sbmerged depth of jet bubbling tank,and so on.
