This thesis summarizes the significance, status, existent problem and developmentaldirection of SO2 control technology and its popularization in the world. Through usingother research and some revelatory discovery for reference, this thesis puts forward theresearch project of basic aluminum sulfate wet flue gas desulfurization technology, and itlays an emphasis on the experimental study of BAS-oulopholite method.This paper uses the two-film theory to make a flue gas desulfurization math model ofBAS-oulopholite method in the jet bubbling reactor. The production and regeneration ofBAS solution is researched, and the practicable measure means of alkalinity andcorrelative ion is also explored in this paper.A desulfurization experimental system with jet bubbling reactor is designed and built.A lot of experiments are done by this experimental system to study the resistancecharacteristic of jet bubbling equipment and the desulfurization performance of BASsolution by the factors such as alkalinity of absorbent, aluminum quantity, absorptiontemperature, flow velocity of jet tube, submerging depth etc. The relation curve ofcorrelation parameter is also provided.Furthermore the coordinated catalysis of Fe3+ and Mn2+ on the efficiency of FGD isresearched by the experiment. The characteristic performance curve with the cooperationof all reasonable parameters is presented.
