Agriculture is the foundation of national economy, chemical fertilizer play a key role in development of agriculture. Among all sorts of nitrogenous fertilizer, urea developed rapidly because of its high nitrogen content, high fertilizer efficiency, excellent performance in storage and compatible. At present, urea has a matured production technology. Exploration of simulation in urea process is a basic work to optimize and develop urea industry.Firstly in the article, the character, usage, and production of urea in China was introduced, among the main production technology of modern urea, we focused on describing CO2 stripping urea technique.Compared to large scale nitrogenous fertilizer, the CO2 stripping urea method of Zhonghua Chongqing Fuling CO., LTD. has its own particularity. The flow technique, technical character and mass balance of 300kt/a urea installation were introduced in this article.Studied from thermodynamics system model of urea process, we focused on studying the CO2 stripping method of Zhonghua Chongqing Fuling CO., LTD. And the synthesis tower, high-pressured condenser, gas-stripping tower, high-pressured syringe and first two sections of evaporators has been analyzed and calculated.Besides, from the angle of economic factor, safety operation and advanced technology, author expatiated on different urea technique, in the meanwhile, solution and opinion on how to lower quota consumption on each urea technique and the public project consumption were proposed.Finally, according to simulation analysis, in order to optimize the technical condition and circulation supplies in different situations of operation, in order to insure the installation operate well for a long period, to take measures to raise the output and the product quality or reduce the consumption, to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide to environmental pollution as much as we can, to develop the best economic efficiency and bring a higher benefit for the enterprise, the proper suggestion and analysis were proposed in this article.
