The new-generation underwater production system is a development model based on functional cabins with high reliability and adaptability to deep-water oil and gas fields.How to install the functional cabins safely and accurately under water has become one of the keys in the construction of a new generation of underwater production systems.This article chooses to use the pendulous method to install and lower the functional cabin.For the problems of large-angle flipping,lowering trajectory deviation,cable failure and other problems that may occur during the operation of the functional cabin pendulous installation.First,the finite difference method is used to analyze the stress of the cable and the function cabin and establish its dynamic equation,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent simulation.Then use ANSYS-AQWA finite element software for modeling.After setting up the simulated sea state data as the installation environmental conditions,the ship-cable-function cabin multi-body coupling model is simulated and solved.The simulation results are compared with published literature data to verify the accuracy of the model.This paper studies parameters' sensitivity of the environmental load and the function cabin during the pendulous installation of the function cabin.The dynamic responses of cable tension,trajectory and attitude of the functional cabin under different environmental loads and functional cabin parameters during the pendulous installation of the functional cabin were analyzed.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for weather window and sea state selection,functional center of gravity layout,and supporting buoyancy facility design during the pendulous installation of the new-generation underwater production system functional cabin,thereby improving the reliability of the functional cabin pendulous installation process.
