The Trenchless Detecting Technology Research Of City Natural Gas Buried Pipeline

This topic have bringed forward the scheme ,the detecting method and the equipment of the trenchless detecting technology of city natural gas buried pipeline,and have bringed forward the classification of the safety and quality of anti-corrosion layer security classification of the buried pipeline,and have detected the city natural gas buried pipeline of some city of ANHUI province by trenchless.The content of study in this paper:The quantity of detecting the city natural gas buried pipeline is 10 projects and 300 kilometre, got 86 destruct points of quality of anti-corrosion,and have dug checked 25 destruct points,the result is a hundred percent right. A variety of effective combinations of detecting methods are used and verify each other (such as the detecting method of pipeline , earth and potential,the Pearson method, the method of Multi-frequency controling current,the method of Frequency - Selecting Frequency and so on),improve the right-result of detection and ensure the validity and reliability of detection.The standard of the safety and quality of external anti-corrision layer of the buried pipeline are put forward,combining with the related ideas of classification of regular inspections of boiler and pressure vessel.The evaluation of classification of the security and quality of anti-corrosion layer is to contact with the safety operation pipelines . Different levels should represent different manners of operation and management.Selecting representative locations are directly digged to check, don't dig blindly for all leaks,and seek the combined points among economies in the safety operation and detection.
