With China's increasing demand for oil and gas,the continuous development of the scale of oil and gas pipelines in our country,the proportion of underwater crossing pipeline for long-distance oil and gas pipeline is growing.In order to ensure the safe operation of pipeline smoothly,need on a regular basis to detect the underwater crossing pipeline.But with large buried depth horizontal directional drilling in submarine pipeline laying new laying technologies such as widely used in the construction process,the existing detection means,methods,detection range of deficiencies,such as the higher accuracy problems.Underwater pipe laying state detection has become a new problem of pipeline detection and challenge.In view of existing problems,based on the theory,combined with field test,of electromagnetic acoustic method used in directional drilling crossing pipeline section study,supplemented by sonar technology,broadening the application range of the river cross section detection technology.Formed a set of applicable to branch river cross section installation state detection technology rules,for crossing river section of laying the choice of state inspection technology to provide technical support,targeted to carry out the cross section equipped state detection,master crossing river section of the installation condition,raise the level of pipeline safety management.This paper detailed the research content and the main achievements are as follows:(1)Completed the survey of underwater crossing pipeline detection technology and equipment at present stage,in principle scope and advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods are analyzed.(2)Has been clear about the key conditions affect the test results,proposed to improve the testing process,initially formed field test detection scheme.(3)For large buried depth directional drilling crossing section equipped state detection,using optimization of the absolute electromagnetic acoustic method to the segmented detection,which is many times the calibration and a variety of gain,can meet the 40 meters within the scope of the pipe laying state detection.(4)Analysis summarizes the different crossing river section the applicability of the detection method and application conditions,and the performance of the various methods.(5)Put forward the recommendation of crossing river section installation state detection,according to the different needs and cross section basic situation,should adopt different test methods.(6)Formed the buried gas-pipeline crossing river section of laying state electromagnetic method to detect technical regulations(including different buried depth and width and 40 meters within the scope of the directional drilling pipe section).
