Triazolopyrimidine derivatives have represented an interesting class of compounds possessing a wide spectrum of biological activities, since they combined two bioactive sub-structure, 1,2,4-triazole and pyrimidine,such as antibacterial, anti-spasm, antiphlogistic, herbicide, pesticide, plant growth regulator,so they are widely applied in fine chemistry: herbicide ,Medicine, dyestuff, photo and so on.The research progress of triazolopyrimidine derivatives were reviewed in the paper. 5-amino-3mercapto-1,2,4-triazole was synthesized from ammonium thiocyanate and aminoguanidine bicarbonate by way of nucleophilic substitution and getting rid of ammonia,then 2-merpto-5,7-dimethyl-1,2,4 -triazolo[1,5-α] pyrimidine was synthesized from 5-amino-3mercapto-1,2,4-triazole together with acety acetone.Through the mono-factor's experiment the optimization of the reaction was investigated. The synthesis of 5-amino-3mercapto-1,2,4-triazole and 2-merpto-5,7 -dimethyl-1,2,4 -triazolo[1,5-α] pyrimidine were fully elaborated and optimized and obtained highter yield.
