Because that China's economic growth is undergoing a new phase of heavy and chemical industries, the dependence of economic development on energy in our country is much larger than in the developed countries, and the level of electricity consumption Per capita will be substantially increased.One of the most direct environmental problems is the large-scale ash emissions caused by China's constitution of coal-based energy consumption.The waste that Power plants emitted(including fly ash,blast furnace slag,gypsum)is not a trash but a valuable resource that has a very high economic value. This is the so-called "use it as a treasure to discard harmful."In this paper, to investigate and inspect a large number of documents, analysis of China's coal-fired power plant at this stage the source and Comprehensive Utilization of Solid Waste.Through the comprehensive utilization of solid waste sources and status quo analysis of Huaibei power plant, pointed out that the solid waste comprehensive utilization of Huaibei power plant with an integrated and comprehensive utilization of products of the higher utilization of the advantages of larger, there are also small amount of actual utilization,solid with inferior quality, utilization efficiency high and low levels of utilization deficiencies,the use of factor analysis,solid waste storage capacity large and mixed solid waste storage of utilization deficiencies, the use of factor analysis, cost-benefit analysis of its economic, environmental and social benefits analysis, to identify ways to improve and to make improvements. Based on scientific principles, the principle of representation, data can be easily found and the principle of interoperability, the establishment of solid waste comprehensive utilization power plant in Huaibei evaluation system for the characteristics of indicators. We adopt the analytic hierarchy process to determine and evaluate Index weight in this paper,namely the use of cluster analysis, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, such as evaluation of the value of indicators in order to determine the level of its solid waste utilization. Huaibei power plant of the level of solid waste comprehensive utilization analysis of the impact of its five most important indicators: sales of building materials cost-effectiveness, land contamination, air pollution, conserve water resources and increase social jobs, and for future management and decision-making provide a basis for the plant in different places 2×600MW units to provide comprehensive utilization of solid waste from.
