| Waste incineration power plant has been paid more and more attention because of its high efficiency in waste treatment,comprehensive utilization of waste and environmental protection in power generation and energy supply.However,waste incineration power generation will emit a lot of CO2,and the increasingly mature power to gas(P2G)can convert CO2 into methane.In addition,the low calorific value of domestic waste is insufficient,which seriously affects the efficiency of waste incineration.Adding methane as auxiliary fuel is a common means.Therefore,this paper puts forward the joint operation of waste incineration power plant and P2G to convert CO2 from waste incineration power plant into methane and realize carbon utilization.Due to the imperfect classification of waste and the fact that the calorific value of waste can not meet the set incineration standard,the waste incineration power plant needs to supplement an appropriate amount of auxiliary fuel.Considering that methane can be used as auxiliary fuel,and methane can be generated from CO2 emitted by waste incineration power plant through P2G,the inherent flue gas treatment device of waste incineration power plant is used to replace the carbon capture device that needs to be configured in the traditional power plant to operate in cooperation with P2G,so as to realize the combined operation of waste incineration power plant and P2G carbon utilization.A coordinated and optimized operation model of waste incineration power plant flue gas treatment P2G for carbon recycling was established to increase the supply of auxiliary fuel for waste incineration power plant and reduce the purchase cost of auxiliary fuel;In order to reduce the carbon emission,it is necessary to enhance the way of carbon utilization and reduce the carbon emission,so as to make the operation of waste incineration power plant more economical and lower carbon.In order to improve the carbon utilization rate,the capacity of P2G can be increased,but the energy consumption of flue gas treatment and P2G cooperative operation increases,so the waste incineration power plant may need to purchase electricity.On the contrary,wind power often abandons wind power in China.Therefore,the waste incineration power plant and wind power plant are aggregated into a virtual power plant to provide additional energy supply for flue gas treatment and P2G cooperative operation.The construction of wind power waste incineration virtual power plant coordination optimization operation model can not only make the virtual power plant get higher profits,but also alleviate the problem of wind abandonment.At the same time,considering the impact of waste classification on the model from the perspective of long-term development,the simulation results show that waste classification can effectively reduce the dependence of waste incineration power plant on auxiliary fuel,and realize the multiple utilization of carbon,and verify that the model has long-term economic and social benefits under the relevant planning policies of waste incineration power generation and waste classification issued by the state.The combined operation of waste incineration power plant and P2G carbon utilization system can reduce carbon emissions,realize carbon reuse,and effectively alleviate the impact of low calorific value of waste on waste incineration power generation.With the strong promotion of China’s waste classification policy,the improvement of carbon trading market and the development of P2G technology,the combined operation of waste incineration power plant and P2G carbon utilization will have broad development and application prospects. |
