Copper Alloy Corrosion Behavior Of Powder Coating Materials Research

Group developed high aluminum bronze Cu-14Al-X alloy is an excellent wear resistance,corrosion resistance materials.This article made of copper alloy such high aluminum powder coating material,its microstructure and corrosion behavior of corrosion resistance were studied.In this paper,atomization milling,laser cladding method in the preparation of carbon substrate on powder coating,and the use of optical microscope,X-ray diffraction,electron microprobe,scanning electron microscopy and other methods to study new high aluminum bronze coating microstructure.The results showed that: laser cladding layer finer elements of distribution,organization fromγ~2+β'+K phase.By static immersion corrosion test,scanning electron microscopy(SEM), electron probe,the electrochemical study of experimental methods such as the coating at 3.5%NaCl,5%H2SO4,10%HCl,10%NAOH solution corrosion resistance and corrosion behavior.The results showed that:the coating at 3.5%NaCl solution,5% H2SO4 solution,10%HCl,10%NAOH solution has strong corrosion resistance. Alloy because of theγ~2 phase andβ'phase,α-phase,K-phase,compared with a priority corrosion tendency of laser cladding layer after corrosion,β-phase,K-phase still exists,and uniformly distributed,γ~2-phase reduction in the coating occur mainly from the corrosion of aluminum.Its solution in three small to large order of corrosion rate:3.5%NaCl solution,5%H2SO4 solution,10%HCl solution,10%NAOH solution.Through the electrochemical method to study high aluminum alloy coating of copper 10%NAOH in solution with the same composition of the corrosion resistance of as-cast alloy performance.The results showed that:High-alumina powder coated copper alloy copper-dimensional blunt-current by blunt-cast alloy is lower than that of the corrosion resistance of powder coating is better than the same alloy cast components.
