The important base and the key technology of modern machining and the military-industrial development is NC technology. The application of CNC machining, can raise production rate, keep machining quality steady, reduce machining cycle, improve production flexibility, carry out the automatic manufacture of all kinds of complicated and exact parts. Machining center is a typical set of high-tech machining in one device, it represents the development of a national design and manufacturing level, the development of CNC machine tools of modern mainstream direction, is widely used in machinery manufacturing. this article select HMC80u five-axis horizontal boring and milling machining center to study a number of key technologies by CAD / CAM software UG and finite element analysis software ANSYS.In this text, a powerful modeling functions of UG be used in Boring-milling machining center and the workpiece impeller for solid modeling, the CAM modules of UG can be used to generate the NC code of impeller parts so that you can make machining process simulation to the Impeller model. For five-axis Boring-milling machining center complex in the programming, and can only be applied to the specific machine tool configuration and various combinations may be synthesized to generate a variety of multi-axis machine tool configuration. In this paper, we describe the processing algorithm and the corresponding of post-processing and reverse post-processing to Five-axis boring-milling machining center.Spindle is an important component of Boring and milling machining center, the quality of its performance have a significant impact on machine center. Based on the finite element method, using finite element analysis software ANSYS to make the three-dimensional modeling of HMC80u five-axis horizontal Boring-milling machining center spindle, a reasonable determination of the bearing support stiffness and constraint conditions, selected cell type, carried out on the machine spindle a Modal Analysis and Static Analysis to understand its Vibration Characteristics and Static deformation.
