Along with the increase demand for micro complex parts in the fields,such as the defense and civilian fields,people begin to focus on micro parts design and machining problems.With the traditional processing technology,the desktop machine tools can processing the micro machining parts with complex three-dimensional shape,has the advantages such as save energy,resources and space,strong material adaptability,low cost machine.Therefore,the study of desktop machine tool become the hotspot in mechanical processing field.The main contents of this research are:(1)The overall design of desktop five-axis machine tools.Buy studying the method of the movement-function innovation,combined with the layout of traditional five-axis machine,put forward two kinds of schemes,kinematics analysis and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes and the applications of the two schemes.Conducts the selection of key components and the design of the transition piece,establishs the three-dimensional solid model of the desktop five-axis machine tools.(2)The static analysis and free modal finite element analysis of the desktop five-axis machine tool.Analyzes the static analysis of the whole machine under the external force such as gravity and the milling force,analyze the stress and strain of the machine.Conducts the modal analysis of the whole machine,obtains the first six natural frequencies and mode shapes of the whole machine.(3)The post processing research of five-axis nc machine tools.Through theoretical analysis and simulation methods to verify the maximum error of the nonlinear occured near the midpoint of the program interpolation section.Using adaptive linearization method to limit the non-linear error caused by the introduction of the rotation axis within the allowable range,conducts the nonlinear error correction.Completed the generation of NC program,converts the information of the cutter location file into the format that the machine tool can identify.(4)The experiment of desktop five-axis machining.The experiment platform is self-designed desktop five-axis machine tool.Using open CNC hardware system based on"PC+PMAC" architecture,conducts the repair edge processing experiment of spherical lens,verifies the good processing performance of the desktop machine tool and the reasonable of post-processing algorithms.
