Research On The Temperature Controlling System Of Injection Molding Machine

Now it is accepted that the average of people consuming quantity in a year of plastics and the position of plastic industry in national economy are important symbolizations to reflect industry development and progress. Therefore this paper researches and achieves the temperature detecting system of injeaction molding machine.First this paper designs total hardware programs, and chooses thermocouple to measure the tempreture and AD590 to compensate the tempreture of cold node. From that accuracy measuring tempreture can be given. This paper also chooses AD7656 chip that is high accuracy and multi-channel as sample chip of imputing signal for improving system sample accuracy and using area of this system; Considering the need of actual industry manufacture, this paper designs external RAM circuit, uses DS1270 chip which capacity can reach 2M, and records deteced data according to the agreement; This paper chooses WQ_VGA controlling board as driving board of liquid crystal monitor and designs relevant connector on hardware to provide foundation of designing software.Secondly, this paper designs and achieves software of host computer of tempreture detecting system. Software of host computer includes programs based on DSP2812 and display terminal. This paper uses DSP emulating software—CCS the platform of program, achieves basic function of DSP2812, and designs programs of molds(SCI, external RAM and so on). Communication can be achieved among molds; According to data format of WQ_VGA, this paper writes kinds of controlling order functions, achieves kinds of display functions based on these functions, so system communication between persons and machines is strongly improved.There are general characteristics in this system, so this paper analyzes and researches digital filter method for extending system using areas. The characteristic of this system is that it chooses error eliminating filter, average filter without extremum and least-square filter methods, and verifies validity of these methods.The tempreture detecting system of this paper designs is high reliability, good real time of data, strong function, friendly interface. Besides, this system is based on tempreture detecting of injection molding machine, however it can be used wided.
