The paper takes the limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization(FGD) system of 200MW thermal power unit as reseach object. The dynamic real-time mathematical model for FGD is set up in this thesis with the acquaintance of its principle, structure and running characteristic. Dynamic mathematical models of typecal production process and equipments are presented, such as absorption of SO2, oxidation of sulfite, rotary GGH, agitator, gypsum hydrocyclone, and so on. The simulation for FGD is realized with the support of simulation platform LN and distributed control system PAS300. And also the factors that influence the desulfurization efficiency in different running conditions are analyzed. Simulation results show that the model could describe the dynamic operation accurately, and satisyfy the request of the real-time simulation.
