In this paper, limestone gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization system is modeling object. Based on hierarchical modeling idea, the desulphurization system is divided into a number of subsystems and each subsystem is further divided until the specific device according to the component characteristics and process of the system. Then, based on energy, mass, momentum balance principle, the mathematical models of absorption tower and other equipments are established by vector differential equation method. The mathematical models are compiled into computer programs. Finally, various devices and the entire system visualization models are established on AnySimu simulation support system. The experimental research prove that the reliability and accuracy of simulation model meet the training requirements.
