Heart cerebrovaseular disease is one of chief enemies of beings.To flt clinic,we plan to develop " Fufang xuesaitong drop pill" according to traditional Chinese medicine theory.The preseription is made up of Panax notoginseng,kudzuvineroot and hawthom fruit,It' s effect is promoting blood circulation and detoxieating,It is used in brain theombus and sequelae by YingweiQi disorder or torin injuring center colluterals,with arthragia and unconeiousness.The drop pill effects quikly and is the best to safety.In this research,orthogonal method was designed to screen the extraction procedure of all drug components to get the best one by HPLC and spectrophotometer method.Purify Panax notoginseng by using macroporous resin.Secondly studied the moulding technics of drop pill.The radicle is PEG4000 and PEG6000.After the methodology is tested,it is proved that the method is reliable,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Fufang xuesaitong drop pill.Thirdly determined the dissolution of Panax notoginseng by turning basket me- thod.Select R1,Rg1 and Rb1 of Panax notoginseng as index,and drow the stripping curve.Finally a HPLC method is developed for the determination of Panax notoginseng concentration in rat plasma.R1 and Rg1 that is double hump absorption is one-compar- tment model.Rb1 has maximum absorption peak at 8h.Rb1 is two-compartment model.
