Multi-amino and multi-carboxylic compounds are the ones that have the multi-amino groups as well as the multi-carboxyl groups. They easily form with the metal ion coordination of the nitrogen atoms and oxygen atoms, so they are a multi-ligand, has a good metal ion chelation and performance, can form a stable features, such as water-soluble chelates. Their drugs, magnetic resonance imaging agent has been widely application.Calixarene as representatives of the third generation of supramolecular , it has high melting point, thermal stability and chemical stability and so on. In recent years, more people have become the focus of the study of calixarene derivative of Multi-amino and multi-carboxylic. In this paper, synthesis of new multi-amino and multi-carboxylic compounds, and to study their interaction with metal ions. Achieved the following results:1. We use 2,2',2''-(benzene-1,3,5-triyl)triacetyl chloride to synthesise trimethylamine Pyromellitic, and then with the bromination reaction of tert-Butyl bromoacetate and the product of hydrolysis, the ultimate goal was a product of 1,3,5-tri [(N-Asia amino acid-based) -methyl]-benzene, a product by 1H NMR, IR characterization confirmed.2. P-tert-butylcalix [4] arene was synthesized from tert-butyl-phenol, and then through the inverse Fu - Ke-alkylation by the calix [4] arene and then mannich reaction conditions in the absence of a catalyst Synthesis of 5,11,17,23-tetra[(N-Prolineyl)-methyl]-calix[4]arene. Product through 1H NMR, IR confirmed.3. Through the Mannich reaction, synthesis of 5,11,17,23-tetra [(N-Sarcosineyl) - methyl]– calix[4] arene, the product through 1H NMR, IR confirmed.4. 5,11,17,23-tetra[(N-Diethyliminodiacetateyl)-methyl]-calix[4]arene has been successfully synthesized under the conditions of toluene as solventand and catalyst-free,Product through 1H NMR confirmed5. Through the Mannich reaction, synthesis of 5,11,17,23-tetra[(N-iminodiacetic acid-based) - methyl] -calix[4] arene, the product through 1H NMR, IR confirmed6. Getting the single crystal of the 1,3,5-tri[(N-Iminodiacetic Acidyl)-methyl]-benzene with cobalt ion complexes. Cell parameters:a = 11.6369(11) (?), b = 12.8104(12) (?),c = 13.1615(12) (?);α= 101.9060(10)°,β= 100.7980(10)°,γ= 91.5570(10)°;wR2= 0.2071 ,Goof= 1.05807. 1,3,5-tri[(N-Iminodiacetic Acidyl)-methyl]-benzene complexes with cobalt ion measured magnetic susceptibility data show that the compounds are anti-ferromagnetic.
