This paper that takes Jixi Mining bureau Didao mine well as the controlled member designs a kind of dynamic breaking power supply with digital DSP control unit. In order to solve many problems which exist in the traditional dynamic breaking power supply, such as lots of separate elements, low precision, complex debugging, low braking reliability as well as service difficulty and so on, which impetus production technology advancement and improve the reliability for mining hoister control system.A kind of digital control method of power supply which is controlled by whole bridge (ZVZCS)DC/DC shifting phase transition for dynamic braking based on DSP is introduced. Rotational speed is app lied to control chip as feedback signals of shifting phase, after the process of PID operation, acted as control signal for shifting phase angle controller. Practical result shows that premier arm realizes ZVS, lag arm realizes ZCS, range of switch is large and full load efficiency can reach 93.2%. The performance of supply power is in evidence improved. Supply power can satisfy request of safe production of coal mine.Firstly, the paper introduce the basic theory of the mining hoister dynamic breaking control system, the selection of system scheme and the requirement and technical target for the dynamic breaking power supply. Secondly, the design for system hardware circuits which include main circuit theory and the selection of device and control unit is introduced. Thirdly, the paper introduces the digital method for control circuit which includes double feedback control system theory and the design of the digital PID and the main software flow of the system. Finally getting the practical wave of the dynamic breaking power with the test of the designed power supply.
