The mechanical brake system of the mine hoist is composed of an actuator and a drive mechanism.The composition and principle are introduced.The working process of the hydraulic disc brake system of the hoist is analyzed and designed.According to the latest "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and other requirements,the auxiliary circuit of the brake system of the elevator is designed and the main circuit of the system is calculated;the main hydraulic components of the system are calculated and selected,and the mathematical model of the constant deceleration braking control system is used.The structure composition and working principle of the constant deceleration servo system are analyzed.The brake failure of the hydraulic disc brake of the elevator is analyzed.Based on the structure and working principle of the hydraulic disc brake of the elevator,a fuzzy fault tree of brake failure is established.The fuzzy number of the brake failure is calculated by using the fuzzy number method.Probability and fuzzy importance of each event.The working process of each link of the system is theoretically calculated and its own transfer function model is established.The related parameters of the model are calculated and set.The main components of the elevator are verified using finite element software.The main shaft device of the new elevator adopts a three-point support method.By changing the sliding bearing to a rolling bearing,the safety performance and working efficiency of the main shaft system are improved.Especially,the split bearing design is adopted in the middle support part,which fully considers the various maintenance tasks in the future.Achieved smoothly.The modified braking system reduces the labor intensity of workers during daily inspections,saves the inspection time of the braking system during the daily inspection of tanks,improves the inspection efficiency and reduces the accident rate.
