Laser cladding is widely applied in the industry as a new metal surface treatment technology. Ni-based alloy is a common used laser cladding material due to its good performance, such as wear resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance. in this thesis, Ni-based alloy as basic research object, we carried out systemic experiments and mechanism analyses on reducing the crack sensibility of Ni-based alloy clad layer, Inproving laser cladding properties. finally we study on super tiny welding by laser cladding.In order to increase laser cladding properities, in this paper we made a lot of experiments and analysis, basee on the physical principles of laser-beam interactions with materials , various factors affecting welding quality are analysed, on the paper, the laser powder-cadding technique and bridge-stripe welding technique is improved and optimum cladding layer thickness is established. a high quality coatings by laser-clad nickel-based alloy powder doped with a proper content of ( B,Si,In2O3,CeO2) was obtained. and then carry on bridge-stripe welding expriment, with the applications of these new techniques the difficulties encountered in practice of different-type welding of micron sized pieces were successfully solved, so laser cladding properties are inproved.
