| Laser welding is a new developing welding technology, which has been well developed abroad, however it is still under the stage of fundamental research in our country. In this paper, the aim of the paper is to study laser welding of 30CrMnSi steels .This paper use 2mm thick 30CrMnSi steel for the study, use finite element analysis, combined with numerical calculation, give an ideal heat source model in laser welding. Choose the function of Gauss as heat source model, use the function command to apply load of moving heat source. The problem of the fusion and solidification of material has been solved by the method of changing the element material. At the same time, basis of laser welding process research, the results and conclusions of the numerical simulation coincide with each other. |
