On Study Of HS-WEDM Database Technology

Being the original creation technology in China, HS-WEDM is leading ahead in such aspects as machine framework, technology level, and technical results. However, comparing with LS-WEDM, it has still had obviously disparity on such aspects as machine accuracy, reliability, intelligentization, stability and the extent of automation. The thesis, taking the development of HS-WEDM database of Chengdu Radio Special Equipment Works as the base of study, sets up intelligentizing optimal system of machine parameter so as to lay a foundation for achieving advanced technology of technics optimal management.The thesis makes a principium analysis on several main factors, such as the efficiency and accuracy of machining, quality of turnoff and machining process, which influenced HS-WEDM, and also makes quantitative comparison, analysis and research. It makes choice of Microsoft SQL 2000 as management system of database through analyzing more than ones, and designs some tables as Technics Information, Roughness, Hardness, Thickness and users so as to build the system of technics database by analyzing the ideational structure, physical structure and logical structure.Based on the platform of .NET, the system of LS-WEDM technics database employs the technology of ADO.NET data accessing and relative capability optimizing, and makes use of programme software ASP.NET to workout the system of main interface, user face, management face and inquiry face. According to the machining theory and experiences of HS-WEDM, it can be realized to introduce users the machining data so that the problem of machining accuracy of HS-WEDM has been solved. The system of software has merits of friend interface, convenient operation, and stable capability, and has a good application in future.
