Research Of The Three Dimensional Flow Fields In The Vortex Tube

Vortex tube is a new device for energy separation,the principle of energy separation is relevant to the movement of air flow,so the movement of air flow is a key of energy separation in the vortex tube.The paper makes sure a suitable calculation method for numerical simulation and establishes the 3D physical model of the vortex tube according to its fluxion process and actual structure.The 3D temperature field,the 3D speed field and the 3D pressure field are simulated by The CFD software Fluent6.3.26,acquired distribute regulation of temperature,speed and pressure in the vortex tube,depict the pattern flow field and especially analyze inner 3D movement.And these works will provide a reference for the performance analysis and the research of energy separation's principle.Then discuss the advanced technology of vortex tube's application in the pressure-regulating system of natural gas and light hydrocarbon condensate recovery of natural gas industry.
