Mechanical property is one of the most basic operational performance of the material, especially in terms of structural materials. The main study of the paper is paid to test the mechanical properties based on not to undermine the value of components of composite materials, used Non-destructive testing methods are the impact stress wave method and the resonance method. Aimed at by measuring the time (frequency) of the vibration method , quickly, accurately and economically, non-destructive detection of resin-based composite materials and their static and dynamic components of mechanical properties. The main work as follows:1. Theoretical Analysis for vibration method testing the property of the material. Studied the relationship between natural frequency and rigidity of the composite materials samples for the force approach of cantilever beam; studied the mechanism of stress wave propagation in the composite materials, and the relationship between propagation velocity (propagation time) and rigidity.2. Experimental analysis for vibration method testing the property of the material. Use the natural frequency testing the rigidity and damping of various materials (structural steel, alloy steel, glass fiber reinforced plastic);use the impact stress wave method testing the rigidity of various materials (structural steel, alloy steel, glass fiber reinforced plastic); studied the factors of detection accuracy influence.3. Vibration method to test the pipe rigidity of the FRP pipe. Derivation orthotropic analytical solution of cylindrical shell whose boundary conditions is simply supported at both ends; input the material parameters, solid modeling, finite element modal analysis, solving the numerical solution of the first-order natural frequency; substituted it into analytical formulas solving pipe rigidity.4. The experimental modal and numerical simulation of the FRP pipe. As FRP pipe for object of study , using finite element analysis of pipeline vibration mode, and verified by experiment, both the results are generally anastomosis. Put forward a nonlinear structure of the admittance measurements to note, as well as the modal type of visual comparison. In this study, FRP pipe for the day-to-day operation to provide reference.
