Although it have been more than 10 years since PTT polymer achieved commercial production,it still haven't realized mass application in fabric market,only stayed on the beginning stage.Thus a project on how to effectively and creatively apply PTT yarn into varieties of functional fabrics is of great significance and prospects.This thesis is mainly research the application of PTT fiber in seat-used decorative fabric.Taking into account for polyester occupying more than 90%of car-used decorative fabrics market,the paper selected PTT/PET two-component yarn(hereinafter referred to as the PTT) to replace polyester in knitting procedure,Then compare the performance differences between different materials to research and explore the better performance of PTT polyester fibers in such fabrics.Firstly,introduce the technological process of three popular related fabrics in current market in details.The main fabric testing and comparison is carried out in four decorative fabrics,including use-resistance testing,heat and moisture comfort testing,the dimensional stability testing,color fastness testing,as well as fabric hand-feel testing.Elastic recovery is the biggest advantage of PTT fiber,so this article focuses on rebound performance testing and uses principal component regression analysis to discuss the key factors among all the impact,to reveal the relationship between these factors. Flame-retardant products need to control the variety in order to reduce costs,so here we choose flame-retardant reagent which specialized in polyester for PTT fabrics' finishing.Through orthogonal experiment,we get the best finishing results without the need to develop new finishing reagent.Also we do orthogonal flame-retardant finishing to similar polyester fabric and compare the flame-retardant performance between these two kind fabrics with researching the effects of flame-retardant finishing to the other properties of fabrics.At the end of the research,use fuzzy math and fuzzy cluster analysis methods to evaluate the performance of 8 different PTT fabrics.The analytical outcome is of a certain reference value to PTT fabric design and production.
