In this paper, to improve the deep-hole drilling in the process of stability through the electro-hydraulic servo control system in order to drill deep electro-hydraulic servo control system based on extensive research related to domestic and foreign literature and work on the basis of the classic combination Control strategy, simulation technology, as well as the characteristics of computer technology in order to "deep-hole drilling machine electro-hydraulic servo control system design and research" for research. Issues about the use of electro-hydraulic servo-controlled manner, through the feed control to indirect control of drilling torque changes, so as to enhance the deep-hole drilling in the process of stability.In this paper, deep-hole drilling machine designed electro-hydraulic servo control system, which is used to simulate the process of deep-hole drilling stability control devices, in particular, in the deep hole machining process plays an important role.Designed on the system structure; Established the mathematical model of the components and the entire system, linearized the model and calculated the linear coefficient on operating point, then geted the transfer function. Designed a fuzzy PID adaptive controller, which has the advantages both the fuzzy control and the PID control. It based on expert system, can setting the PID parameters on-line, has a good dynamic and static properties, and good adaptability; Achieved the function of the controller by fuzzy logic in MATLAB toolbox, and established the system simulation model using SIMULINK toolbox, the simulation results indicate that the system has good dynamic and static properties, and fully verified the reliability of the system.Designed on the hardware system. Developed the real-time control system software, the interface of the software is friendly and operation is convenient. Achieved the function of real-time data acquisition,real-time control of the decision-making and completed the communication between the computer and the control system successfully. the hardware and software measures are given by discussing the outside interference to the system in operation.
