In China,the development of the mill relining machine is starting late and less than the foreign level,especially in the accuracy of the hydraulic system control.A new mill relining machine bad been designed based on JXS-3MX mill relining machine which has seven degrees of freedom.The mechanical part is the premise of hydraulic control.The electro-hydraulic proportional valve control switch instead of the original type of control valve.LUDV control mode is adopted in the design of pump control system.Electro hydraulic proportional valve had a excellent control performance and realized on stepless speed regulation.This way maked the hydraulic system control more accurate.The transfer function is different in different situations.In this paper the design of fuzzy controller based on PID had been done.Simulation results show that the controller is stable,fast response and high accuracy.LUDV form of pump control system with high precision,and the power can be adjusted,almost no waste.Current electro hydraulic proportional control technology has been more mature.Compared to the general switch type control valve,electro-hydraulic proportional valve can be realized on the oil of the stepless control.Electro hydraulic servo valve with high cost.And high cleanliness requirements for oil.As electro hydraulic servo valve system is a complex system.and can't establish accurate mathematical model.Fuzzy control PID algorithm is a good solution to this problem.LUDV pump control system is superior and the simulation model of main components is established by using AMESim simulation software.The hydraulic system is simulated and analyzed.Simulation results show that: The electro-hydraulic proportional valve fuzzy control algorithm based on a lot,precise control of rapid response,accurate response.The control system based on the LUDV control of the pump control system can realize the closed loop control of the hydraulic system,which is easy to operate and high precision.
