The paper studied the fundamental characteristics of newdal fiber and blended yarn and blended knitting fabric.Firstly,in the design of experimental programs,using the laboratory conditions,the basic properties of newdal fiber are tested,including the morphology,mechanics,hygroscopicity,heat endurance and so on.Then Newdal/Fine Polyester blended yarn and different ingredients of blended fabric are produced.The basic properties of the yarn and the fabric are tested,including mechanical properties of the yarn,the measure stability in wet relaxation state and thermal-moisture comfortability of the blended knitting fabric.Secondly,in theoretical analysis,the paper based on the professional knowledge,using the correlated models and software and gray optimal judgment method to analysis the experimental dates. The paper got the fiber mechanical model,the fiber hygroscopicity model,the strength prediction model of the blended yarn and the thermal-moisture comfortability merits order of blended fabric.In this paper,using software and mathematical tools for the experimental date analysising is innovative.The paper could guide the production practice.
