With the great change of people's consumption concept,the demand for textiles tends to be healthy and comfortable,natural and environmentally friendly.With its excellent moisture absorption and heat dissipation and unique external texture,hemp products are favored by people.However,due to its poor spinnability,it is difficult to spin high count yarn.The fabric is easy to wrinkle and feels rough and hard,while nylon is smooth,soft,strong and elastic.And Tencel is soft,drooping and skin friendly,and eco-friendly.Blending with hemp can not only effectively improve spinnability and production efficiency,but also improve the quality of hemp products to meet people's needs.In this paper,the degummed fibers of hemp(THC content is less than 0.3%)and different fibers are spun and weaved.The properties of blended yarn and fabric with different blending ratio are studied.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)In hemp / nylon blended yarn,due to the high strength and high elongation of nylon,the elongation of strip hemp / nylon 25 / 75 blended yarn can reach 21.6%,which is seven times higher than that of pure hemp yarn;the breaking strength can reach 18.2c N/tex,which is 70% higher than that of pure hemp yarn;the 3 mm hairiness index is 1.6/m,which is 94% lower than that of pure hemp yarn.Under fiber mixing,hemp / nylon 25 / 75 blended yarn also has the best performance,and the comprehensive performance of the yarn under each blending ratio is better than that of strip blending.Fiber mixing makes hemp and nylon mix more evenly,avoids the static electricity of nylon to a large extent,and the spinning process is smooth and the yarn quality is high.(2)In hemp / Tencel blended yarn,the comprehensive properties of 25 / 75 blended yarn are better,with the CV value 24.35%,which is 49% lower than that of pure hemp yarn,the number of fine end(-50%)per kilometer is 515,which is improved the most,which is 91% lower than pure hemp yarn.This is because Tencel has a high strength and elongation,which can improve spinnability and yarn quality.(3)The results show that hemp content is less and yarn quality is better.Considering the properties of the fabric,in order to make the fabric have not only the inherent characteristics of hemp,but also the advantages of nylon and Tencel,a three-component blended yarn with hemp content of 30% was designed and trial spun.The performance test results show that in the hemp / Tencel / nylon blended yarn,the breaking strength and elongation of 30 / 30 / 40 blended yarn are higher,and the evenness and hairiness are improved.(4)It is found that the comprehensive properties of hemp / nylon and hemp / Tencel Blended Fabrics with 50 / 50 ratio are better,because the permeability and moisture permeability of nylon and Tencel are worse than hemp,and the softness and wrinkle resistance are better than hemp,so the softness and wrinkle resistance of the fabrics are directly proportional to the content of nylon and Tencel,and the permeability and moisture permeability are all increased with the increase of nylon and Tencel Among them,the negative effect of Tencel on air permeability and moisture permeability is less than that of nylon.And because of the excellent wear resistance of nylon,the wear resistance of the fabric increases with the increase of nylon,but no significant improvement with the increase of Tencel.(5)Among the hemp / Tencel / nylon blended fabrics,30 / 40 / 30 and 30 / 30 / 40 knitted fabrics have better comprehensive properties.Compared with the pure hemp fabric,the threecomponent blended fabric can maintain the air permeability and moisture permeability,while the softness,wear resistance and wrinkle resistance are improved.The air permeability of hemp / Tencel / nylon 30 / 40 / 30 and 30 / 30 / 40 blended fabrics are 1791.36 and 1459.69mm/s,respectively,the moisture permeability is 324.38 and 311.31 g /(m2 · h),the wear resistance index is 373.13 and 438.6 times / mg,the transverse bending rigidity is 0.38 and 0.35 m N·cm,and the longitudinal bending rigidity is 2.32 and 2.28 m N·cm,the fast recovery angle is 131.1° and 132.4°,and the slow recovery angle is 140° and 146.35°.Compared with pure hemp fabric,the air permeability is decreased by 4.5% and 22.2%,the moisture permeability of 30 / 40 / 30 blend fabric increased by 0.3%,the moisture permeability of 30 / 30 / 40 blend fabric decreased by 3.7%,the wear resistance increased by 31%,54%,the softness increased by 41%,43%,and the wrinkle resistance increased by 50%,54%,respectively.
