Special machine tools are most designed for special parts and special procedures of processing, which have high degree of automation, high precision and high efficiency characteristics. Based on whether the product test result meet tolerance to evaluate machine tools has many deficiencies for the pursuit of high-quality products. With the development of modern manufacturing, process capability index as a more reasonable assessment standards have been adopted by many enterprises. This thesis discussed Dynamic Balancing Hot-Press Machine acceptance criteria related process quality, precision design and error compensation, to ensure that products meet quality requirements.This thesis takes products process capability index requirements as the starting point, detailed the importance of process capability in the production process, analysis of factors affecting stability of the quality processes. Using assumptions judge determine the stability of product quality processes, through the process capability index of factors, processes that enhance the ability of the way. The thesis also takes shaft and gear as an example, comparative analysis the same tolerance but the different materials process capability on the impact of the finished work.Error avoidance and error compensation are two major means for the improvement of machine tool accuracy. In the process of designing the machine, dimensional chain are used in the tolerance optimization design , through a variety of tolerance examples contrast on analysis methods and tolerance allocation method to obtain a design which meet the Accuracy and economic requirements. In the circumstances of machine tools inherent precision, analysis machine error sources, using conventional means to the source of machine on-line error detection, parts modeling and calculate error on the basis of test results, and then compensation by software, so as to ensure the machine meet the needs of process capability index.
