Under the assistance of Gansu Natural Science Fund,the academic team of Lanzhou University of Technology and the fund of specialty research,the virtual development of precise lever shears machine was started to offer new model of structure for precise shear equipment.The operating principle of precise shear machine was analyzed with the existing developing fruit of precise shear machine.With the relative computer software CAD,CAE,citing barφ25 and Q235A for example,the precise lever shears machine was designed on virtual prototyping technology,basing on force-close structure principle.The results were showed as follows:1. The structure of precise lever shears machine was simple,and could be operated conveniently enough to satisfy the requirment of finishing precise shearing to bar.2.The application of virtual prototyping technology could not be replaced.With virtual prototyping,the designing course was so clear that it fasted developing period and saved developing cost,and besides, set nice theory base for the later work in post.The main work and fruit of this thesis are as follows:(1)The content and conclusion of thesis viewed from structure principle:The clamping radically to precise shear equipment was discussed.The precise shear equipment could endure loads greatly enough to satisfy the structure requirement of force-close.The lever principle was imported and the structure model of lever-style sending mechanism was established.The parts of shear machine were modeled and then were assembled with modeling software Pro/E.(2)The content and conclusion of thesis viewed from product developing:With software CAD/CAE/PDM,the developing work from digital modeling to entity modeling to shear machine was realized,basing on the 3-dimension modeling of Pro/E and simulating environment of ADAMS.The part developing module was established through the single date-base and entire-relativity of Pro/E.With the assembling module of Pro/E,connection and restriction were applied to realize the assembling,simulating and imitating of shear equipment during assembling.Some professional software could be connected into design environment to get entire-machine and optimization more convenient.The transformation from entity model to simulating model and also the transformation of 3D model of shear machine assembling structure were realized.The 3-dimension simulating model of shear machine was dynamicly simulated relatively,and then,the simulating result was analyzed to validate mechanism rationality.
