Metal-cutting process is a very complex process,turning in,cutting the amount of choice is not only a direct bearing on productivity and production costs,it is directly related to changes in cutting force,and the impact of the change of cutting force to the tool durable and precision machining.Therefore,the choice to be considering cutting a variety of factors.How to regulate or control of a reasonable and constraints affecting the value or state,to achieve the best combination,and this is the optimal choice of cutting parameters.In this paper,the basic process of cutting on the basis of the mechanism,the use of linear programming theory,a machine tool power,maximum allowable cutting force, work piece axis allowable deflection,tool life and other conditions as a constraint to the maximum metal removal rate and minimum surface roughness as indicators to optimize multi-objective optimization model.External folder to machine tools for example,obtained using the software LINGO cutting its best,and the use of VC++to create the user interface,so that software LINGO calculated in the background,save a great deal of time and human resources to be fast simple optimization results,the realization of multi-objective optimization of cutting parameters of visual computing.The use of simulation software DEFORM-3D cutting process,through the finite element analysis,we can see that the optimized cutting parameters significantly reduces the cutting tool subject to the greatest stress and reduce the amount of tool wear and improve tool life proved optimal model selected in this article and optimization of metal-cutting is applied.
