With the development of national economy,water consumption of industrial and agricultural production has risen steadily,and quantity of discharge sewage increase constantly,water environment is getting steadily worse,the cities without water are more and more.It is very important that hardening technology of water and wastewater treatment and the reliability of water supply for the healthy development of the national economy and the people's living standards.Untill now,the biological contact oxidation process is mature water purification technology,it has many excellences for example it has good water quality, manages simply,impact resistance,runs stable,it is the present research and applied situation of the water body restoration and purification of water at home and abroad.This paper deals with basic theories of biological contact oxidation process,which presents a brief review of the reaction mechanism,the chiefly characteristic of technology, the effects of treatment results,biological membrane and packing,and combination processes relating to biological contact oxidation process.The article try to combine microbe reaction dynamics with the theories of chemical reactor,a study on dynamic model analysis of degradation organics for biological contact oxidation reactor,then it deduces dynamic model:With the water quality data in actual engineering,and MATLAB software are used to fit data,and make correct analysis on experimented results with regress residual chart,excepting unreasonable data,to calculate "k" in dynamic model by linear regression analysis in MATLAB,k=5.1 gCODcr/(gVSS.d)then to calculate volume of biological contact oxidation pond and the hydraulic detention time by known model.To design experimental device of Micro-biological contact oxidation pond with dynamic model and adjust corresponding parameters,it is on the condition that So=90~260 mg/L,to determine the quality of water in actual operation lasting two months,through treated in equipment,the water quality of effluent Se=26~35mg/L,it conforms with regulations of the design,The results show that establishment of dynamical model for biological contact oxidation process to simulation and calculation,it is important actual significance and practical application value in practice engineering design. The core content in this paper is a study on dynamic model of biological contact oxidation reactor with calculation and drawing of MATLAB,analysis experimental data in multiple linear regression,to calculate the mathematics model of the sludge load with established inlet and outlet water the concentration of CODcr,and test the model by practical engineering date.
