This paper simply introduces four adhesive force mensuration methods of dust whose experiment equipments are not very perfect. So two adhesive force mensuration installations are designed, one set of which has been made and used to mensurate the adhesive force of Zhungeer coal ash and other coal ashes while the other set with the elementary design plan. Furthermore, the humidity, pressure,pipe diameter and grain diameter and other the influencing factors about the adhesive force of Zhungeer coal ash under 48μm are studied in detail through a large number of experiments. It is found that the adhesive force of Zhungeer coal ash increases with the rising of humidity, pressure, and the decrease of grain diameter,the pipe diameter is nearly not influence to the adhesive force. As a comparison with the adhesive force of Zhungeer coal ash, the coal ash of Zhangjiakou electric power plant, Hefei electric power plant and Xutang electric power plant are also mensurated.
