Research Of Hydraulic Fault Diagnosis System In Wood-based Panel Hotpress On WEB

The key equipment of wood-based panel production is hotpress,the important component of which is hydraulic system. With the rapid development of wood-based panel industry , the hydraulic system in the hotpress is becoming more and more complex now, which results in greater difficulty in the fault diagnosis of hydraulic system. Because the hydraulic system works in enclosure, it is not simple for the press instrument and the flowmeter to measure its working state, let alone the accuracy of the fault diagnosis to the hydraulic system. Therefore a hydraulic fault diagnosis system based on web is discussed for the research and development in wood-based panel hotpress. The main points are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of the hydraulic system fault, a summary of the faults of the hydraulic system and various components in the wood-based panel hotpress is offered, followed by the classification of the diagnosis, tabling, and compiling, so as to the design of the diagnosis system.(2)The technologies about the web-based expert system, knowledge represent- ation and knowledge acquisition and reasoning mechanism are analyzed, and the rule-database of fault diagnosis is established with MySQL.(3)The key technologies of system are studied, SSH (Struts+Spring+Hibernate) WEB frame technology is used to complete the network of hydraulic fault diagnosis system in wood-based panel hotpress, and JESS (Java Expert System Shell) and WEB frame is used to complete the integration development of hydraulic fault diagnosis system in wood-based panel hotpress.(4)The prototype system is analyzed and modeled by the object-oriented technol- ogy(OOT),and the Java language,JSP technology, SSH frame,MySQL database, JESS are used to develop the prototype system software, and the model of practical application is verificated.The thesis applies networks technology and expert system theory to the field of hydraulic fault diagnosis system in wood-based panel hotpress, and a web-based expert support system is provided to the hydraulic system fault diagnosis system in wood-based panel hotpress. It's a new attempt and exploration in the field of security management on the hydraulic system in wood-based panel hotpress. It can help the hydraulic technicians detect the fault factors quickly and accurately, and it has important and practical significance to ensure the safety of wood-based panel production and to improve the efficiency of wood-based panel industrial production.
