The inter mixer has been the main rubber refining equipment in the filed of rubber's industrial nowadays. Since Beginning of studies about inter mixer is later in our country,and copy the the foreign hydraulic system completely when importing technology, its working status of the system is not intuitive, poor working conditions, the parameter is not easy to obtain, it is difficult to find and remove in the event of breaking down;Meanwhile, There is complex non-linear mapping relation between Fault sign and the cause of the hydraulic system, it cannot be described in the simple functional relations, causes certain difficult for the classical fault diagnosis technology.This paper uses the idea of " Discovering the trouble-Analysing Fault-Fault diagnosis and elimination ", in view of the characteristics of the inter mixer hydraulic system's fault, the author analyzes the failure mechanism of the key hydraulic components of this system at first,and through the introduction of T-S model fuzzy fault tree analysis method to analyze the link between the failure of hydraulic components,estimate the probability of hydraulic system failure occurred, find the Relatively weak links of the hydraulic system; followed by system modeling and fault simulation, further access the inner relations of various fault phenomena and fault causes;Finally,has established hydraulic fault diagnosis expert system based on the neural network, and through set breakdown and carried on the scene diagnosis to the GK internal mixer hydraulic system, had proven this.diagnosis system can make the correct diagnosis accurately fast to each kind of fault.The author used the following tools to implement the system, uses AMESim to simulate and analyse the small probability fault phenomenon of the inter mixer hydraulic system, has solved the problem of the knowledge "the narrow stair" effectively, has enriched fault sample library of the expert system; Uses Visual Basic to build the human-machine interface and design the whole controlling program, uses Access to establish and maintain knowledge library based on the dynamic database, and manages other data file, there is a natural routine interface between Access and VB; uses Matlab to complete the training,Compute and simulation experiment of ANN, then preserve in the Access database, this enables the fault intelligent diagnosis system to have the good compatibility.In this paper, the failure mechanism of inter mixer hydraulic system is studied, and distributes general precept of fault diagnosis for hydralic system, while has certain theoretical significance and practical value to improve the use and maintenance performance of the inter mixer hydrau lic system.
