Quantitative delivery is an important mode of production in casting,and also a complicated process,the quality of products manufacted by traditional casting can't meet the requirements of user.There are some shortcoming for traditional casting such as low efficiency,instability of process,uncontrollability of techonics,low degree of automation and vulnerable to outside influence.It is urgent that degree of automation and quantitative delivery precision should be currently improved in casting with the tendency of increased demand and quality of aluminum products in industry.Based on the electromagnetic pump device,the technology of quantitative delivery precision for aluminum alloy is studied.The paper discussed the program of quantitative delivery and identified a program of set suspension high.Influencing factors of quantitative delivery precision include structure of drainage device, suspension high,frame of pipeline,process of delivery,parameter of material physical features,sensing device.Accoding to control principle of quantitative delivery, delivery testing is made for all influencing factors with the detailed analysis of data, fluid machanics principle and mathmatics fit.The study is proved that the system of quantitative delivery with the electromagnetic pump has a strong operational reliability and its quantitative delivery precision of 2%can be achieved.The system of quantitative delivery with the electromagnetic pump for aluminum alloy studied in this topic can efficaciously increase the availability of material,depress the process redundancy,improve the quality of the casting and realize the net forming.The application of this system can replace the traditional manual operation,apparently depress the intensity of operation of workers,increase productivity and realize mechanization and automation in casting.
