The Study On Preparation Craft And Quality Standards Of Schisandrin Extract

Schisandrin Extract(byname Wurenchun Extract) which is the raw material of some drugs,such as Wurenchun capsules.According to Chinese medicine theory and clinical practice combined with long-term proof of nourishing liver and kidney,an increase of excitatory central nervous system, improve the effectiveness of the body,reducing the role of fatigue and so on.Schisandra Extract as the main raw material for many drugs has a very good scientific research value and economic prospects,but its study was small. Ministerial standard introduces a relatively simple and is not in line with actual production,it need to be added,modified,and improved.Of this research are in theory under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the nature of medicinal Schisandra,Schisandra Extract to produce for the purpose of determining the extraction part of Schisandra,the use of uniform design optimized extraction craft,respectively spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography method for quality standards and achieving the stability of the experiment.Trial results of small quantities show that preparation craft reasonable,viable,quality control,the nature of the stability of finished products.This study not only provides a reference for the mechanization large-scale production process of schisandrin extract,but also has laid a good foundation for itsthe quality standardized research.
